You will be received at the airport and transferred to the hotel. Later take a city tour of Cochin City. Visit Fort Cochin and St. Francis Church to observe the city of Vasco de Gama. Later visit the Jewish Synagogue (Friday afternoon, all Saturdays and all Passover days) and Mattancherry “Dutch” Palace (closed on Friday and Saturday). Then visit Cherai beach, which is one of the prettiest beaches in front of the Arabian Sea. Overnight in Cochin.
Morning after breakfast check-out from the hotel and drive to Munnar. Upon arrival in Munnar you will check in at your hotel. You can take a short tour by visiting the Munnar Tea Factory and Munnar Museum (closed on Mondays). Overnight in Munnar.
After breakfast, visit Pohamedu to enjoy a panoramic view of coffee, tea, cardamom and other seasonings. Blossom International Park Munnar is about 3 km from Mattupetty Dam and its reservoir is located 13 km from Munnar, Mattupetty is also recognised for Indo-Swiss farm and a dairy farm, Echo Point and Kundala Lake. Travel to the Anaimudi Peak that is the highest point of the Western Ghats in Kerala, South India and enjoy wild verdant Kerala as you course wood trails in Munnar that lies about 1,600 meters above the sea level. In the evening you can visit tea, coffee and spices farms. Overnight in Munnar.
Morning after breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Thekkady. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. After refreshment visit the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. The park, the animals found here are elephants, wild boar and birds. Like the Gray Heron and Ibis, here you can enjoy elephant safaris in the park and see animals boating in the Periyar Lake if you are lucky. You can also enjoy watching the elephant bath. Later visit a spice plantation to see the products of cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, tea and coffee estates etc. On your way back to the hotel, take a stopover at the local spice shop to shop for some fragrant spices. Overnight in Thekkady.
After breakfast you will begin your journey towards Alleppey, upon arrival check into Houseboat for an overnight stay. Travel to the backwaters world, though sailing boats passing through the tropical country, palm-tang through a vast array of paddy fields and enjoying the view of the narrow canals and the small settlements on either side of the canals are captivating places. Along the way, one can see a Chinese fishing net, reminiscent of our old trade links, colorful birds floating around and pictures flying in the sky drown in our memories. You will enjoy the beautiful sunset from the sun-deck of houseboats in the evening. Overnight in House Boat.
Morning after breakfast, proceed to Kovalam. On the way visit Jatayu Earth’s Center. Upon arrival in Kovalam, check in at the hotel. Relax in the hotel and visit nearby markets. Overnight in Kovalam.
Morning after breakfast you will be proceeding for Kanyakumari Day Trip. Visit the Vivekananda Memorial Rock, Triveni Sangam and sunsetpoint. In evening visit the three mesmerizing crescent shaped beaches namely the Lighthouse beach, Hawa beach and Samudra beach. Overnight in Kovalam.
After breakfast, leave for Padmanabha Swami Temple & Palace. Later as per your flight schedule, you will be driven to Trivandrum airport for your flight connecting to onward destination.
