Pricing Policy

At India Travel with Sid, we believe in offering transparent and competitive pricing to ensure that every traveler has a memorable and stress-free experience. Our pricing structure reflects the value we deliver while keeping flexibility in mind for different travel needs.

1. Transparent Pricing

We ensure that all prices quoted are inclusive of taxes and other applicable charges, unless otherwise stated. There are no hidden costs or last-minute surprises.

2. Custom Packages

Each trip is customized to your preferences, and prices may vary based on:

  • Choice of accommodation (standard, luxury, or boutique options)
  • Duration of the trip
  • Mode of transportation (private cars, flights, etc.)
  • Specific tours and activities included
  • Group size (individuals, families, or large groups)

3. Seasonal Pricing

Prices may fluctuate during peak seasons such as holidays, festivals, or long weekends. We aim to provide competitive rates throughout the year, but early bookings during peak times are recommended to secure the best deals.

4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before the trip’s start date.
  • For bookings made within 30 days of the travel date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

5. Tentative Pricing of Packages

  • Starting prices in packages are calculated as per 4 traveling persons together and stay at a 4 Star basic property.
  • These prices include hotel with breakfast and car transportation. If any domestic flight is required in the itinerary, that will be separate.
  • Please note, rates can differ as per points no. 2 & 3 above.

6. Payment by Gateway or Link

  • For domestic credit card payments in India, will be charged 2% of the final bill amount.
  • For international payment done through payment link or gateway will be charged 3% of the final bill amount.
 

 

 

Refund Policy

At India Travel with Sid, we strive to offer the best possible service. If you are not satisfied with your booking or need to request a refund, please review the following guidelines.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only available under certain conditions and depending on the service provider’s terms.
  • Refunds for flights, hotels, or other services are subject to the provider’s cancellation policy.

Refund Process

  • It may take 7-10 working days to get your refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain items like last-minute bookings, discounted fares, or special promotions may be non-refundable.
  • Service fees and taxes are generally non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued depending on the service provider’s policy and the time of cancellation.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel a booking, please refer to our cancellation policy or the policy of the relevant service provider. Fees may apply.
